The product must be unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure credit. All customized Jones golf bags are not eligible for return and sales are final. Sale merchandise will be issued a credit at the current selling price.
Please include your information: address, phone number, e-mail and order confirmation number when sending back a return. The refund will be issued to the credit card for the cost of the product only, not including any shipping charges. All return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
